EMDG Update from Austrade

The EMDG program now provides upfront funding certainty so you know how much you will receive over the life of your grant agreement (2 or 3 years) and you can plan your promotional activities with confidence.

From 1 July 2021 the EMDG program will become an eligibility-based
grants program.

  • You apply for a grant before you spend money on promotional activities.Once all applications have been assessed, Austrade offers a grant
    agreement to each eligible applicant.
  • You enter into a grant agreement with Austrade. You then undertake your promotional activities as agreed in the grant agreement.
  • You request milestone payments in accordance with your grant agreement.
  • Your grant agreement will set out when your milestone payments should be made and what you need to do to receive these payments.

Marketing update

 

After 8 years of practice in the market , Oz-Town has proudly assisted many Australian companies with exporting or marketing to China. We started with the opening of the CIIE showroom in Shanghai in recent years (2019, 2020, 2021), and we will continue to attend the CIIE in the next 3 years as a key participate from CIIE bureau with the 3 years MOU for the Australian pavilion . At the same time, we will also attend CICGE in Hainan and SIAL in Shanghai in May. Nearly 50 Australian companies have participated with us in the previous years and we are looking forward to working with you in the next 3 years and beyond.

CIIE

Oz-town has signed a 3-year strategic cooperation agreement with the CIIE Bureau. CIIE is an exhibition in China that injects vitality into the global economy through its promotion of exporting. Over 50 countries are planning to open virtual pavilions on the expo’s official website to introduce their leading industries and several hundred companies have been exhibitors to the event. Through CIIE exporters from around the world are able to penetrate the Chinese market and increase their customer base.

Australian Made

Oz-Town Australia Pty Ltd is Australian Made‘s Chinese authorized strategic partner. The product with Australian Made logo means it It meets Australia’s strict manufacturing and safety standards and is trusted and recognized by Australian consumers. And products carrying the logo must comply with the relevant standards of the Australian Consumer Law and the stringent guidelines set out by AMCL. Australian Made has 2800 member companies, and thy are all local companies with Australian Made logo and produce Australian Made products.
